Another demo of my HCC pickups (built by Pete Biltoft of Vintage Vibe Guitars with Alnico V magnets) in my Ibanez Artcore AK95 with D'addario ECG25 strings (Flat Wound .012). As opposed to my other demo (Robbin's Nest), in which I was playing through a Fender Blues Jr, this demo is played through a Traynor YCV40WR and its extension cabinet, YCX12WR. As a result, the sound is a lot warmer with more emphasis on the low end. Please excuse my humble attempt to solo on the tenor sax.

This is a demo of the Charlie Christian pickups (HCC) made by Pete Biltoft of Vintage Vibe Guitars with Alnico V magnets. These pups are installed into an Ibanez Artcore AK95, played through a Fender Blues Jr. using D'Addario ECG25 (Flat Wound .012) strings. The pickups are clean and clear while warm at the same time, making them perfect if you are aiming for the sound of Barney Kessel, Kenny Burrell or Tal Farlow. Pete is great to deal with. I definitely recommend anyone who's interested in switching to Charlie Christian pickups to check him out.
