I'm shocked they eliminated the adorable dress and kept the 'pole dancer' and belly dancer among others. That dress was adorable! Not many displayed quality sewing skills tonite...some didn't looked sewed at all. Having seen a few of her designs in the beginning of show I was very much looking forward to seeing more of her. I understood where the edgy folks were going but they didn't get there. Sure the dress needed better fitting but so did most of them tonite. It was still adorable. At least we knew it was a dress. Casanova's looked like he put the blousee ON the models hips and added some sort of skirt with a scarf for top. What was with the backwards kimona that seemed to be falling apart...was there sewing at all? That adorable dress was exactly what the task was. Take a garment and make it into something else...by sewing. There were def contenders for going home but that adorable dress should not have been one of them. I think Heidi rocks, she a nice person with a great sense of humor. She didn't put Casanova down for his language. She asked if he needed an interpreter and it's nice they provide one. The guest judge perhaps could have used a better term but she wasn't calling those of us in the country hicks. It's fashion. l live in the woods in the country and totally understood the words she was ...
